Such multivitamins and supplements can help the body to prevent hangovers. And drink plenty of water.

However, if you cannot really control the uneasiness associated with a hangover. Just wait for some time maybe an hour after you vomit to give your stomach time to relax and settle. Then you can take in or munch on saltine crackers and drink Vernors or any other brand or type of ginger ale. This tip is sure to help you with that bothering hangover of yours.

Another thing that you can do before you finally doze off to your bed to sleep is to munch on some crackers or an English muffin with honey perhaps. Why do you think is this effective? Because the high fructose content of honey will help in breaking down the alcohol in the blood. This makes the breaking down process to be more quickly.

After waking up you can have some sandwich eaten to relax you a bit. They can be very effective especially if they contain eggs. Eggs have some enzymes that combat the negative by-products of alcohol you drank that are being metabolized by the liver.
