The yolk contains cysteine (an antioxidant essential in producing glutathione) which helps in fighting the toxins of alcohol. Eating bananas or kiwi will also do wonders to avoid hangovers from haunting you. They are rich in potassium and magnesium so eating them will make up for the lost nutrients caused by drinking alcohol. One of the most effective prevention is to drink plenty of water, juice and/or sports drink rich in vitamin B12.
